Presentation of « AIDA » Transfer modalities
  • « AIDA » is a labelled service:
  • Some rules have to be followed for ensuring the quality of the provided assessment service
  • The assessment team has to meet the following requirements:
  • All assessors have participated to a 5-days ISO/IEC 15504 training
  • One assessment team member must have participated to the ITIL Service Manager 10-days training (exam not compulsory)
  • The service is based on:
  • The PRM/PAM IT Service Management (maintained by CRP Henri Tudor)
  • The AIDA label scheme is still to be formalized with partners
  • Other requirements could be proposed by AIDA partners (committee to set up) and international organizations
